RegWatch provides interactive intelligence on the regulation of online gaming across jurisdictions. Content is provided for general informational purposes only.

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by scraping, reselling or redistributing data without authorisation, attempting to bypass access controls, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees, features and limits are described on the pricing page and may change with notice. Taxes may apply.

The Service, its content and its underlying software are owned by RegWatch and protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

RegWatch is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Content is best-effort intelligence, may be incomplete or out of date, and must be verified with the relevant regulator and qualified local counsel before any reliance.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RegWatch is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Certain provisions survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
